You're the one that rushed to upgrade to the new iOS.  No one required you to do that.

Me?  I'm waiting for 7.0.1 to become available for my iPhone 4 before I update that.  I've got no issues with it on my 5.

Why am I waiting?  Because I pay attention.  Last year, there were some issues with the initial iOS 6 release.  Same thing with iOS 5 before that.  The smart Apple customer doesn't rush to update to the new iOS.

The vast majority of people are having no issues with the functionality of iOS 7.  You're in the minority.

I like iOS 7, and so do all of the people I know who have it. I have yet to meet anyone other than on this board who regrets the upgrade.

I like it also. Although I could do without the animation.

There are a couple of functional issues that I would like fixed. Namely: chapter lists in audiobooks, and video titles with the preview icons. But I have sent feedback to Apple, and I imagine they will fix these.

I concur that iOS 7 looks good.

That is once I got into the Accessability adjustments and some thiter. The original default way that they were set was abysmally bad.

    "everybody want to downgrade"???

Not everybody. Me and some millions people are happy with iOS 7 and it's working with no problems.

Restore as new will solve your problems.

    Really?  Everybody?

Cite your sources.  I like iOS 7.  It looks awesome on my iPhone 5!

A vocal, uninformed minority, no matter how loud they scream, do not constitute a majority.

No, the MODERATORS are deleting replies which VIOLATE the terms and conditions of this forum.  They aren't deleting comments that simply express a disatisfaction with the aesthetics.

Criticism is one thing; violating forum rules is quite another.

Differing opinion does not equal uninformed, or incorrect. It means differing opinion.

Except when the opinion is based on fallacious facts in which case it is then incorrect.

No, the majority do. Millions upon millions of us. Strident, negative critiques garner the most attention. Let 'em rant till they drop from exhaustion. That's why the moderators leave threads like this alone for the most part. Let the Debbie Downers get it off their chests.

When someone says "Everyone wants to downgrade to iOS 6", that's uninformed and inaccurate.

Cite the sources that 'everyone', or even a 'majority' want to downgrade.

I have no problem with people that don't like the aesthetics.  That's a matter of opinion.  But those saying that the functionality is impaired?

No, it's not.  It's different & new, not impaired.  The functionality complaints remind me of someone that never learned to operate a manual transmission vehicle, complaining that "it's too hard", or "this is stupid".

    It's whining, nothing more.
