There is no way to downgrade as it is not supported by Apple

If you backed up to your computer before updating, you can restore from that backup.

There is no legitimate way to revert back to an older iOS version...Apple has never supported doing that and the backup made before the upgrade is not an operating system backup but a content and settings backup.

I completely agree with you. It is not treating customers fairly in any way not to give them this option. Apple should mend its ways before it loses more customers to other providers. For the first time in a very long time, I am tempted to do this. Are you even listening, Apple?

I would love to go back to IOS 6 as Ios 7 keeps freezing my ipad and it kills the battery way to quickly

I too am desperately looking for a way to downgrade.  ios7 is very disappointing.

You can't go back. Either learn to live with iOS 7 or don't. It's your choice but you cannot downgrade back to iOS 6 so I suggest you dig in and get used to it, learn how to use it.

And unless you live under a rock there have been numerous articles descibing the changes and new look. you had plenty of time to decide if you liked it or not before you upgraded.

Since the dawn of iOS there has never been a downgrade process.
