Q: Can't access iWorks apps on iCloud.com

Spoke with Apple support yesterday. I was told that they are aware of the problem and should have a fix soon (within the next couple of days).

I 'm also waiting for another tech to call me back today.

Frustrating not only not being  able to access my Keynotes on my devices, but my third party apps that use iCloud (Ulysses III, Byword, and Day One documents) are inaccessible too.

Called Apple, and apparantly, something went horribly wrong and locked some user out of iWork for iCloud beta app as if it was hacked. Apple told me to wait till tommorow, and if not fixed by the morning PST, to call me back again.

The same is also going on with syncing. So apparantly, this all might be related to iOS 7 launch, which probably crashed (and potentially hardware damaged) some iCloud servers.

Apple called back a hour ago.

They said they'll solve the problem for me soon,and I need not to do anything.

Maybe you can contact support for help?

My pages apps are working across all platforms. Can't vouch for third party apps though.

It works for me again (icloud.com / Numbers/Pages on iPhone/iPad and third-party-apps Flighttrack/iA Writer). Mac, I could not test. I had a call by apple, but don't know what was done. Think I still get a call, with the details.

Well, still doesn't work for me here in the UK, neither Web Apps, Pages or Numbers on Mac or iOS!

Same here. I called them and after 45 minutes talking to some useless woman, finally got through to a person who knew what they're talking about. Long story short, told to wait 2 days for a response -_-

Still having problem here in canada. It is bothering me because I use for school. Although I didn't lose any docs but is so inconvenience to transfer docs from Mac to iPad. Doesn't anyone know what's going on and when will it fixed?

No point in asking Apple.  According to their status page there are no problems!  Unbelievable really!

Same problem here. I can't even use Pages on my iMac because it keeps trying to load a document in vain forever, blocking every other activity!

I have had this same problem since last night. It may have been going on longer for all that I know, but when I needed to get Pages in iCloud.com, I kept getting the sign in screen loop.

Anybody else here from the USA?

I think a lot of people are having this issue. iCloud is so unreliable. I hav lost faith in relying on iCloud for anything critical any more.
