music gone

so today we updated to the new IOS 7.0 and thats all fine and that but all of the music we bought on itunes store is now gone on the pc it says its bought but we can't downloade it to the pc and on the ipad it says that we have to pay for it agian but to get it back and we had alot of music on it so what the **** can we do

. we tried to talk to support and the gimp in there didn't help the least
