How to accept the new terms and condition in ios 7 icloud

I have the same problem. Have you found a solution? My poblem is that the phone is asking me to accept the terms, but when i am trying to enter the icloud settings, the icon is inactivated and its impossible to enter the icloud settings to read and accept the terms.
