My Apple TV do not turn on

My Apple TV is conected to the energy, but is not giving a signal of anything. My TV can see that there is something conected on the HDMI, but the Apple TV doesnt respond to controlle comands, and do not give any signal on TV and no led is shinning on him. I change the energy point, but nothing. What should i do? Ask Apple support to change my equipament?
