paged folders in ios7

The new multipage folders in ios7 are not working well. You cannot get to the second or third page in iTunes. Even if you remove most ofthe ones from the first page, the ones that are on the second page do not move up/forward to the first page. Clicking on the little round dot just closes the folder. Swiping to the side does nothing. How do you get to those pages to move their icons?

The only way to get to them is on the iPad.

You should be able to do it on your computer's iTunes - beneath the screen mock-up there should be a scrollable list of your app folders on that screen, each with their own mock-ups (one per page of apps in the folder), which you can then double-click to enlarge so that you can move the apps around them
