iOS 7 no weather widget in notification center settings

After the iOS 7 update the stock & weather widget have disappeared from my notification center settings. When I open the NC I still have a weather preview , but when I tap on it, nothing happens. And I'm reading that then, a weather-app should open. Does someone else have this problem ? Is it a bug ? Is it a bird ? I did several reboots and it's an iPad 3 ( the so called ' new iPad ').

I had this same trouble.

Necessary Settings:

Location Services on. Weather Location services on (both in Privacy Settings)

Today Summary on (in Notification Center Settings)

You need to use the weather application at least once post ios 7 download so it can sync with your location. Make sure you have it set on your current location and not another city.

If it still doesn't show up, go back into the notification center settings and turn today summary off and then on again.

Your weather should show as written summary under the date and time

OK Here is how to fix the weather problem (and I tried just about every suggestion listed in every forum)

Go to the Settings, General - Reset

Click on the top reset "Reset all settings".

This will erase all setting that are messing up the notification panel BUT nothing else

Everything else will stay the same

Now turn on all notificalions and location services (in the privacy tab)

Now find the weather app in "background App Refresh" in the general tab and make sure "weather is turned on"

All in all resetting all setting was the thing that did the most. Fixed anything that got screwed up.

Thats it.

Worked for me.
