What country are you in ? Currently it's only available in the US - if you are then it should be in the Music app
About iTunes Radio : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5848
I'm having the same problem and i'm in the US. Looked under "more" and it's not showing there either.
Have you tried a reset? Reset: hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake button at the same time for ~10sec, ignore the Slide to Power Off, the iPad will then Reset, Note: No data is lost during a Reset.
It just appeared with no action taken, thanks.
I can't reset my lock button is also not working.
It is in the music app where you would go to play music you have stored. Look at the bottom of the screen in that app and you will see radio. Click on it and your in. It doesn't have its own app.
I don't have it. In only have songs, playlist, albums and artist. If I go to more it's not there either.
Have you tried rebooting your ipad since you load ios7. I was just using the radio and it froze and the radio icon disappeared. After reboot it was back. If this doesn't work I have no idea how to help you. Sorry. I'm having an issue with my ipad 4 and ios7. Over night in sleep mode it is going from 100% charge down to18% or so. This is unexceptale as before it didn't even use 5%.
I cannot believe that in the 21st century we are typing on a touchscreened mobilephone and talking about an internet radio, which is available US ONLY?!?!?!
****, what kind of world is this?

A world that still has 20th century copyright laws and licensing agreements.
Mine was missing also, fixed it by logging out of it App store under settings , logging back in again, closing and reopening Music app........
Tunein seems to have solved copyrights and licences problems - if there are any - search for your station there and enjoy non-US radio.

I prefer Spotify and iTunes Radio, but thank you.

There are Copyright Laws and other sorts of laws that have to be worked out before it can be released in other areas.
The radio icon will only appear in the bottom left corner of Music app when connected to internet /. cell
