Camera Flash not working after IOS7 Install

Hello. I installed iOS7 on my iPhone 4 last night. I had a Flashlight App on the phone prior to the upgrade, which now has a built in Flashlight utility. The probelm is, I cannot get the flashlight to turn on at all now. Not through either app and not even with the camera. I tried deleting the Flashlight App then restarting the phone, no change. Has anyone else ran ito this problem yet? Are there any suggestions for a fix? I already made a Genius Bar appointment for Sunday, just in case I cannot get this fixed.

I have a resolution update for this: Delete any third party flashlight apps on your phone. Perform a backup on your phone. Restore the phone to factory settings then restore the phone from your backup. After doing that, the flashlight utility on the menu and the photo flash on my phone started working again.

I was pretty sure this was a software issue but I took the phone into an Apple store over the weekend. They did the factory reset at the store then checked the phone for hardware issues, none were found. They ordered a replacment phone for me which I will call to cancel today. When I got home and restored the phone from my backup, I discovered the LED was working again.
