4S Bluetooth won't pair with my car anymore

My Bluetooth was paired just fine in my 2011 KIA Sorento and now it won't connect. It keeps telling me that it took too long to pair and to make sure the SORENTO is on in range and ready to pair. The car is on. I am inside the car so I know it is in range. It was working fine just last night and now it won't connect.

I have tried rebooting the phone a few times.

I have reset my network settings to manufacturer's settings.

I have completely unpaired the phone from the car and tried to reboot and then reconnect.

Nothing is working. Anyone have a fix?
