Q: iPhone 5 camera not working after ios 7 update

Can it be a hardware issue for some many people at the same time as upgrading to  iOS7?

Does seem a bit of a weird coincidence but my iPhone5 just got replaced by Vodafone for the same fault and the new one works fine. Could it be an issue with early iPhone 5s maybe?

I've been sending in feedback to Apple since I installed iOS7 on my iPhone 5 (same issues - camera not focusing, shutter speed lag, exposure is under/over when inside). It worked perfect in iOS6.

Maybe if we all submit feedback to Apple for this problem, it'll be included on the next OS update?

I have the same problem and I live in Argentina. Here we don't have a official technical service, for that reason I can not use the warranty here. I paid more that 700 dolars and I don't know to do. I hate this IOS!!!

Just updated to iOS 7.0.4. No luck. Issue persists.

Yes your idea if report a bug must the the best. Yesterday I drove 200 km to the nearest Genius Bar to have my

Iphone 5 repared as it is still within warranty.  They updated to the newest 10.7.04 and then the camara worked,

As I was reluctant to leave right away they checked it for 15 min and it was still working. I did the same for 10 min

and still ok. Left the Genius Bar - went shopping and just before returning the long way home - checked the camera again, and this time it was not working. Decided to go back - and guess what when I reached the Bar again the camera went on again.  Then I went home - the camera was mostly ok but twice last night and once this morning back to scratz - not working. - I came to the idea that maybe some of the Iphone are not upto standards - I have read about a young girl who had problems with the sound - and her phone was still under garanti - so she delivered it for repair, and the Apple people told her that they would not repair anything, as she had removed 14 screws inside the phone?? Could it be that Apple has to much to do earning money and saving on the costs of quality control - if this is the reason, I think they should take it much more serious with al our complaints.

SO REPORT A BUG . A GOD IDEA.

And if my suspictions are correct  god-bye to Apple for my part - although I have been an Apple fan since 1989.

I don't wan't to get anybody more ticked off...but...just updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 7.1 beta and the issue remains.

Bug fixes may need to be submitted in droves!

I wanted to report the bug and what the ...... , i cant even login there! I so want throw my phone on apple's hoarding. Both are useless. Better if I had paid 1/10th to buy a simple phone. I actually hate iphone now. Just coz of my money i am trying to find a solution.

I made another apple ID and tried to log in but it wont. I live in middle east and called US apple customer care to ask where can I take my iphone for check. He rudely replied- no where. We dont have a service station in the middle east so we cant do anything for this issue.

Guys, are you as furious as I am?

I have changed my iPhone today for an android :(
