Apple ID for iPad

Been to iCloud and iTunes changed my Apple ID , able to update on my iPhone , but when I go to My iPad gives me a error message invalid Apple ID or pass word, it still has my Apple ID as my old Apple ID on the iPad will not let me change it, it changed on my phone how do I get to change on my iPad
