Just want to say that I am experiencing the same thing that Mohamed is finding.

Note that this is on an iPad (phone was done yesterday with far more problems). I did receive this same error on the iPhone and it went away at the same time that a lot of other problems disappeared.

I am guessing that this is due to overburdened servers on the Apple end <s>

Note also that this iPad has an App which is an orphan from an old appleID account (previous user who is no longer with our institution) but which I hate to loose. Will try deleting it and see if that clears the problem.

I've just joined the "Community" today. Was searching for a solution to this same problem on my iPhone. Thing is, this morning when I upgraded iTunes on my laptop and the OS on the phone (IOS 7.0), I performed a phone backup and at least 3 syncs throughout the morning without a problem. I was loading a lot of new apps from the Store, so was doing syncs regularly to confirm everything was loading ok. Then I got the same message you guys saw. Have tried all the tricks you've shared to no avail.

Frankly, I'm puzzled that there is no way to get an input from the Apple people on this - sounds a lot like an IOS7.0 hiccup.

Hope someone can assist. Thanks

We have one iMac with our iTunes library that is used by multiple devices in our home. We use separate Apple IDs so we can each utilize iCloud and not store each other items (leaving iCloud user exclusive). My problem went away when I signed on to iTunes with the device that was getting the above error. It then synced fine. Then I immediately did an iCloud backup. Hope that helps.

If the above doesn't work, this is what worked for me. In the left panel right click on the device (iPhone, iPad, iPod, etc.) that is having the issue with syncing. Click on transfer purchases and iTunes will tell you the particular app on the device that is causing the issue. Remove the app(s) that are causing the issue from the device and it will sync properly.

Can somebody please help me? I have the same issue when I try syncing my iphone on my CPU. It says that this computer is not authorized and when I try authorising it I get a message saying that this computer is already authorized. I read the earlier posts on how to delete the apps but not sure how to find that app to delete. When I follow post DHPKC my device menu is greyed out- I cant click transfer purchases... I have also tried couple of other cpu's that I use my iphone with and they are authorized but now its the same error.
