FaceTime won't recognize Apple ID or password. Works everywhere else...

I have multiple apple IDs and I am trying to consolidate. Everything worked fine off the bat, but I had multiple apple IDs managing different services. After updating to ios7 I logged out of my default and tried logging in to FaceTime with a different account. Now, FaceTime doesn't recognize any of my accounts or passwords, but I can use them everywhere else successfully (to include signing in to post this comment.)

A.) Is there some way to combine apple IDs yet!?

B.) Is there a workaround for the FaceTime bug?

A) No, you can't combine Apple ID's

Using your Apple ID for Apple services

B) You may need to sign out of Facetime and re-enter your settings

Thanks for the reply, but non of the basics for FaceTime troubleshooting seem to apply to this issue. I attempted resetting my DNS manually to 8.8.8.8 (a fix I found on an older thread for when this same problem occurred in plating to iOS 5.1.1) but no dice. FaceTime still pretends like I don't exist.
