Sep 19, 2013 6:46 AM in response to Celina2312by Dr. Malcolm,That's an interesting error. Since you changed the default language, the phone is probably kind of stuck.
First, try force closing the app (double tap home button, swipe up on app)
If that doesn't work, I would reset the phone then, to see if that helps.
(Hold the hold button and home button together for 10 or so seconds until you see apple logo)
If that doesn't work, maybe a backup and restore is in order.... but that's worst case scenario.

Settings > General > International > Region Format.
