Tried updating software, phone froze, now won't restore?

I tried updating my iPhone 5 to the iOS7 but the phone froze and then I tried turning it off, then it went to the screen with the USB and iTunes logo. I have tried restoring my phone several times through iTunes but each time has been unsuccessful. The first time I got some sort of network error, another time I got the error code 3194, other times it has went through the whole process without any errors popping up but the iPhone was still on that usb and iTunes screen. I just recently tried again, and got "Unknown Error 3194." The phone is not jailbroken or anything and I have not noticed any problems with it in the past. Does anyone know how I could possible fix this? Thank you
