How do I listen to multiple iTunes Radio stations?

This really affects both iTunes Radio and the music app on the iPhone (iOS7). In Pandora, I can set up 'shuffle' and listen to all (or some) of my radio stations. So far, I have not been able to find that functionallity in iTunes Radio. I can select multiple stations but if I push play, it only plays the one station until I push play on a different station. I tried using Genius which works great for my iTunes music, but doesn't seem to work with Radio. The same with Playlist. Although I found articles on how to set up a playlist with multiple web radio stations, I can't add iTunes Radio stations to the playlist.

Any other ideas???
