Q: My new phone was installing apps and it got stuck on iTunes U.  Now I cannot access any apps.  I got a download now message but when I press ok nothing happens.

My new iPhone was installing apps and it's stuck on iTunes U.d. I have the download now message and when I press ok nothing happens.  I cannot access any apps.  Help!

    This forum is for questions from those managing sites on iTunes U. You'll be most likely to get help with this issue if you ask in the general iPhone forums.

     

    Answering quickly, though, try restarting your iPhone (hold down the Sleep button until you get the "power off" option, then do so).
