iTunes Store and App Store issues on iPhone 4S after iOS 7 Update

I'm having the same problem on my iPhone4...cant do anything in the iTunes store and my app store says it's doing the updates for apps but I'm not convinced as the apps are still there waiting to update...

Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings (all personal Data and Media will be not deleted) except WiFi Networks

My wife is having similar issues on her 4S after the iOS 7 update.

Access to the App Store is fine, but the iTunes Store is behaving as described above. She also can't download music I have purchased on my 5. It is shown in the Music app, but the names are greyed out and can't be downloaded.

I'm going to try:

1. A full reset (hold Home and Sleep buttons)

2. Signing out and back into Apple account (Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > Sign Out)

3. Resetting all settings, as suggested by Naghiro

Hopefully, one of them will work.

My wife has just let me know that Naghiro's suggestion of resetting all settings has worked. She is now able to access the iTunes Store via the app on her phone.

iPhone 5 iOS 7: The solution seems to be the Block Cookies setting. I blocked all and had the problem. Select the "From third parties and advertisers" option and everything should work fine.

I couldn't get the store to load and, when I tried to make a purchase in the app store, it wouldn't give me the "accept" button for the terms & conditions. After trying the usual turning it off, closing apps, etc., I did a hard reset (off & home buttons) and it solved everything. Thought that I would tell everyone to try that first, before undoing all of their settings.

Thanks mikecbullen, your suggestion worked! I also had blocked all cookies. I changed it back to third parties and advertisers, and now the itunes store is working. Thanks! 🙂

I am having a similar issue.I have an Iphone 4s and I have tried to reset, I have logged out and back in, and I have reset several times. Each time I have lost all settings and I am starting to regret ever updating.The Itunes store works, but each time I reset, the search icon works for a few minutes the quits. I have set the cookies to all 3 different settings but to no avail.I guess if I want to search something on the Itunes store, I'm going to have to reset each time.I should have just stayed with the old IOS
