how to unlock iphone 5 when itz shows iphone is disabled connact to itunes

I have the same problem, I have follow the procedure to unlock but to no avail.

I want know if any particular computer or operating system is required?

I equally want to know if I have to have i-tune in computer before it can work?

If you are not the original owner - then the phone is activation locked to the previous owner's credentials

You can either request the prior owner to unlock the phone or return it for a refund

"Everything" doesn't tell us anything; if you truly did "everything" then it is hopeless and you will never be able to use your phone again.

You can not bypass the activation lock. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove that. Talk to whoever you got the phone from.
