iOS 7 to iTunes 10 on iPad 3rd

Hey Guys..

I having problem to connect my iPad 3rd (iOS 7) to iTunes 10.

its say:

While i wont use iTunes 11 to my Macbook Pro OS X Mountain as i dislike it.

Anyone knows how to fix this this problem without installing iTunes 11??

You will need to install iTunes 11.1 if you want to sync your iPad to your computer, you can't use an earlier version.
