removing itunes u course

Click My Courses in the iTunes U app. You will see your courses but not the Edit nutton on the top left. Slightly pull down your svreen and the Edit button will appear. Tap Edit and Delete will apppear and delete your complete course.

i had the same issue and was able to find the answer thanks to this support thread. the solution couldn't be easier but it's not intuitive for a user... just click on the course and press the Delete key on your keyboard. i guess there's no other way, for now at least. hope this helped, cheers.

Just drag down on iTunes U home, which will reveal an "Edit" button at the top left of the screen. This will allow you to select and delete your content.
