If you have a free developer account (signing up is free), you may file a bug report. If you have a paid iOS developer membership, head over there and see what is available to you
And this does what to get an iPhone working properly again?

OK, here's an Apple topic. A month ago, I spent 2 hours on the phone with "customer support" talking to various individuals and the last guy I talked to agreed to exchange my phone, which had overheated and stopped all functioning after 2 days of being updated to IOS 7. I am working out in the Pacific, but he refused to give me a shipping address for repair. So I had to send it my US home where they sent a prepaid box. The iPhone was put into the box and sent off. A week later, the iPhone is returned. It was then mailed back to me. The whole process took a bit less than a month. I opened the box and the phone wasn't touched. There was no note or invoice inside. Nothing. I looked on my online report and it says they are waiting to receive my phone. They obviously got it as they sent it back in new wrapping and a new box. I had also "updated" my iPad Mini a month ago. Now the WiFi doesn't work on the MIni. I have tried all the standard fixes. Nothing. So I have no phone, a dysfunctional iPad Mini, a chance to look forward to more hours with a "customer service" rep, products from a company who could care less about customer support or public relations and I am out the money I paid for the iPhone with no avenue of recovery short of small claims court because the US doesn't have consumer protection laws like Europe does. How's that for on topic? Actually, vaoprtrials, tell me more about the Samsung Galaxy line. I would welcome hearing about a product that works and a company that stands behind it.

I am tempted to bring my 4s up to 7.0.4 and take video of the who process just to see what happens. Sacrificial iphone! Of course I will be without a phone also. I'm thinking about it though.

Dec 2, 2013 11:32 PM in response to Fede23by mongi01,Actually that other company mentioned has taken over $10000 of my hard earned money for products that failed/did not do as expected so there out of the question for me! the problem is I talked my family into Apple products because of the quality and such and depending the outcome of this will mean I will seriously have to look at another company. I am happy to pay the price for Apple products but the company really needs to listen to their customers and admit there's a problem when there is clearly one.

The phone is a brick. What good is a new version? And you are right, the Apple complaint department actually never opened. It is the Apple Denial Department we deal with.

Dec 3, 2013 3:09 PM in response to Fede23by mongi01,Ok just off the phone to Apple support and looks like they will replace my ipad as Australia has 2 year warranty, so i may of been a bit hash but I still understand there is a lot of people not so lucky and hope Apple learns from this.

Dec 4, 2013 9:42 AM in response to Fede23by Chicoartist,iPhone 5 (not c or S); iOS 7.0.4.
My phone has actually been working decently since the "Big 7," but started getting glitchy after the latest .4 version. Lately, like many of you I have had WiFi drop problems. The last couple of days I have been unable to connect at all to our home WiFi (my daughter's new 5c and my wife's old 3GS seem to have no troubles or glitches) and I thought seriously about calling the Apple store - yeah, I was looking forward to that!
On a hunch, I did try something that has worked (cross fingers). I tapped the Reset button on my AT&T Netgear 7550 modem - it's located just above the green Broadband port on the back. It's a small black button. Just take a toothpick or anything that will fit in that hole and gently push on the button until your modem lights blink a couple of times. Worked like a charm! The WiFi immediately reset.

Dec 6, 2013 10:00 AM in response to Fede23by mariusignorello,Here is the problem with this: people are complaining too much. If you are patient, Apple will fix these issues. Nobody forced you to uldate to iOS 7, so Apple is not to blame here. Now we know why they keep the developer forums separated from the regular ones.

Dec 6, 2013 10:41 AM in response to Fede23by mariusignorello,This cannot be fixed by us, Apple has the only control over a fix to the Wi-Fi on its devices. Just wait for a new version to come out. I am sure you find that it will be worth it (it is, trust me).
