i cannot agree with the term and conditions of itunes after update ios7?

Try agreeing to the terms and conditions in iTunes Radio first. Fixed it for me!

had the same issue 52 pages and no button to agree - also the send to email doesnt work either.

go to Radio on Music app not itunes store and you can agree it there - will appear red in top right hand corner worked for me!!

I dont have any radio app on my phone in sweden.

is it a download app or standard app?

Define "radio app." What does this have to do with the topic of this thread?

I have the same problem whit the agree Button that doesn't exist.

And the music app doesn't have any radio her in Sweden.

Sorry yes itunes Radio - which now seems to have disappeared from my phone once i had gone through the process of the agreement. Im in the UK and it was there when i first updated but now its gone... very strange.

It "disappeared" because, as I posted above, iTunes radio is not available outside the USA iTunes store. As soon as you finalized the account, it was assigned to the UK iTunes Store and the option was removed. It will eventually get there and will reappear at that time.

ok so is there another solution to this problem? is this something we have to go to apple to get it fixed?

The original problem. How do we get the terms and condition pop up in itunes to go away! Cause at this point i cant update any apps nor buy nor delete!

Yeah unblock your cookies! I am from Australia and don't have that radio thing so I just allowed my cookies and it worked for me :-)

Ok! Aside from safari is there anywhere else in the settings that i need to unblock the cookies?
