Display Problem on iPhone 5 after iOS 7 upgrade

Look at this(not the red line)....... What is this frame on the iPhone 5 Display???? I see this on my iPhone and other two iPhone 5.

Yes, I totally agree with you. The problem appeared the moment I upgraded to iOS 7. So there was no problem with the display.. Something is wrong with the firmware..


Anyway, since mine was still in warranty I got a "new" one..


When so many people report the same problem, it's at least impolite for apple to not even mention it as their fault..


I gave my iphone 5 to my girlfriend and got a note 3 in return 😀

Hi to everyone, unfortunately the problem is not related to the firmware as many people have been noticed already before ios 7. The issue is more evident with ios 7 for white backgrounds. I too have noticed the problem with ios 7 but even before I realized that something was wrong with white backgrounds on safari.

Mine is still under warranty but I did not even change the display because I am afraid that the problem will reoccur, being a very common issue due to the use / time.

"Experts" say that it's a problem of glue that has not dried properly.

Honestly, I think it is outrageous that apple has fallen so low in quality.
