Why did my NOTES disappear?

I don't understand why they just disappeared... I had complete trust in Apple and this is what I get!!!! So much important info that I had NOWHERE else. What am I gonna do?

I tried asking for help, but I have to pay to speak to them? About something that is, obviously, a bug of theirs? I am so angry. SO ANGRY!

Please, tell me that Apple fixed this bug and there is a simple solution for me....? Please?

(I've tried looking in email accounts, for a notes folder - but they are not there, either)
