    Hi,

Do you mean how to close an App?

If so press Home button twice in succession, the apps which are open will appear select the one you want to close by moving it up towards the top of the screen.

    Regards,

    Steve

I think the OP means a one button task killer, like how Androids phone have them.

There are hidden programs sucking up my ram that i dont want, one use programs that dont stop, had to uninstal the fb app but still many more causing me problems like app store i dont want that running all the time just when i actually use it so no task killer plus other irritating iphone stuff like the reason they wont allow a task killer 'no app shall control another' but they do all the time in little ways apple is so hypocritical its beyond belief!!!, ive decided when my iphone contract expires IM GOING ANDROID and gonna smash this piece of rubbish they call; 'a phone so good you dont need a manual' to tiny pieces and mail it to apple!!!! Thats how angry i am i am going to smash to bits something that costs a months wages (my wages).

That seems pretty stupid, especially as you will probably be able to sell the iPhone for a significant percentage of what you originally paid for it. You could then use that money toward anger management classess.

You might also want to develop a greater understanding of the phone and of why most of your post was based on an incorrect understanding of how iOS works.

    Best of luck.

For starters i do not need angermanagement i have an extremly good control of my emotions sometimes too good.

Secondly ive a 155 iq i understand just fine, i used an app that monitors memory usage ant the stated programs are draining ram when unwanted i understand why they want to run to update status but i believe i have the right to control what my phone is doing.

For someone with an IQ of 155, you seem to have some serious issues with simple things like spelling, punctuation, grammer, and (apparently) understanding how an iPhone works.

Perhaps if you took that 155 IQ back to school, you could get an education that would allow you to get a job earning enough to purchase TWO iPhones with a months wages... I'm sure you could get scholarships with an IQ that high.

And most of those apps are completely useless and generally wrong. I'm not sure why an allegedly smart person would trust some random third party app over the designer of the software and hardware. And an actual smart person would understand that controlling what your phone is doing is not a "right".

Sensible people also know that IQ tests really only measure one thing: how well you take IQ tests. I admit, though, that I find people bringing up their IQ randomly in conversation quite funny.
