Mail: Image attachments ios7

So since ios7 my photo attachments are no longer viewable in the message unless I "Tap to Download" each photo.


My issue is I when I receive an attachment with 10 or more photos, I don't want to "Tap" each individual file to download and view the photo.


This wasn't the case in ios6. Photo attachments were automatically download and previewed in the message.


FYI: I went into Settings > Mail > Load remote images and set it to ON with no luck.


Is this a bug? Am I missing something?

this may be a temporary fix. i am not sure what mail program you were using (i am using outlook for Mac) and was having the same problem.

i did a number of things:

1. unlocked the image before sending by choosing command "i"

2. i changed the extension from lower case jpg to JPG

3. i embedded the image in my email instead of attaching it.


I personally think it was #3.
