Iphone 4s - Unuseable after update

Dear community,

Yesterday I just updated my phone software to the latest version(ios7) When the update completed, It asked my to connect with ITunes. After doing it, Itunes told me to restore the Iphone which I did. After the process it asked me to activate it. The only problem is when I continue after choosing my country, It says my sim card isn't compatible/supported. I did before, Now it doesn't work. I tried http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4148 , Re-inserting the sim , Cleaning it but nothing seems to work. I can't put a backup on it cause I have to access to the phone. While connected to Itunes, It displays the same message as the 1 on the device. Is there any solution to this problem?
