After downloading the iOS7 yesterday I tried using my Bluetooth but it wouldn't turn on... Now I just noticed that my WiFi will not move to on either... Anyone else having this problem? or does anyone know how to fix it???

Thank you for the reply. I looked at what you provided but unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem.
When I go into Wi-Fi I see the button you have to slide to the left but it will not move. So I asked Siri to turn on my Wi-Fi; Siri said that he turned it on but when I went into the settings my Wi-Fi still wasn’t turned on.
The Bluetooth just has the round thinking icon going around and around, It will not find my device or nothing....
I have the same problem... greyed out wifi and bluetooth with the circle thinking symbol. PLEASE ADVISE?
I have the same problem.. And by searching online.. a lot of people sem to have the same. Im constantly using 3G which is not unlimited in my case and is costing me a lot of money.. I really need to solve this.
I read on anotehr article that by changing the name of the device to one without any aphostrophes it comes back to normal... but it didnt help... help 😟
What I found out, it's all hardware issues with the construction of the phone (iPhone 4s). Solution, buy a new phone or pay for the celluar data.
Hardware issue? It worked until 4 days ago! If the new ios was incompatible with the 4s, we should have been informed! Its ridiculous! Clearly my wifi antenna & Chip were fine before the upgrade! Would have happily stayed on the previous ios if this was incompatible! Any way to go back???

I had a similar issue as well. It worked fine before the update. However, I did also have connectivity issues after the most recent iOS6 update... but the issues went away after a bit and my phone was working just fine until iOS7... it actually worked for a little after the update, but ultimately failed.
This is my issue and no telling what is causing yours, but the vast majority of iPhone 4S users are not having an issue (i.e., my wife's phone) so it's hard to just say it's a software iOS issue.
I never had any issues until ios7. It happened as soon as I updated, so it has to be a software issues. From what i can see, people who have this issue are all 4s users. This shouldnt mean a hardware issue, but that the 4s is incompatible with ios7!
Regarding recent ios6 upgrade.. I hadnt upgraded so I wouldnt know what that would have done to my phone, but it cant be acceptable. I cant do everything on cellular network. It costs too much.Smartphones should have wifi, especially for travelling!
Are you really accepting that as an excuse... hardware issue.. get a new phone?!
Fair enough... after 4 iphones Ive been quite curious what the fuss over Samsung is all about....
I ended up going into an Apple Store and they said that my phone was broken and that I needed to replace it. They pulled a couple of string for me and I ended up not having to pay (thanks you Apple).
But I don't understand how a software update breaks hardware??!!

I have the same issue! My 4S's wifi broke down shortly after the upgrade to iOS7!!! I've been reading and it seems the wifi chip fried because the total restore didn't fix the problem and the wifi address is N/A. Didn't know an upgrade could break down my hardware, I hope I receive the same treatment at an Apple Store. I'm currently out of the US is the warranty international?
Same here, Iphone 4s - after update to iOS7 WLAN greyed out and Bluetooth thinking. Update to iOS 7.0.2 was no help

@ MrsKikiPipe, my sentiment exactly. I plan to have this issue fixed just the same as you did and I will refer to your post if need be. I have had my phone for over 1 year and never had issues with anything or any update. However, upon updating to iOS7 my wifi greyed out and my bluetooth would just think and think. This couldn't possibly be a hardware issue considering how it's affecting numerous and many 4S users. Simply put, Apple's update has caused many an issue for 4S users. I refuse to pay more money for something that wasn't my fault, especially when I updated under the impression of something better, not worse.
OK, follow up on my post: Had an appointment at an Apple Store yesterday. Employee tried to reset network settings (I tried that already at home) and naturally it didn't work. So he had a chat with his manager and he came back saying it was a hardware failure, totally coincidentally with the iOS7 update (strange, when so many people experience the same problem).
However I didn't argue with the employee about that. He said I was out of warranty, but they do me a favour and replace the Iphone 4s without charge.....
