Im getting an error in the iphone music app in iOS7 with dozens of empty genius playlists even tho genius is OFF in my account settings and genius playlists are not selected for syncing with my iphone 5. All apps, iTunes and iOS 7 are updated.
The option to turn off genius under STORE menu is no longer available in the latest version of iTunes 11.1.

I have one playlist with 117 songs on my iPhone 4s (with iOS7) and have 6 empty Genious Playlists which I can't delete either. I turned off Genious in iTunes (11.1) but still have the empty Genious Playlists.
UPDATE: With extra time to kill while waiting in hospital I elected to try manually deleting all of the nearly 200 YES 200 empty, 'No Content' Genius playlists that appeared no where else except on my phone. This done despite concern that the repetitive procedure and tedious time required might be a full waste if the not-so-Genius playlists somehow auto-magically replicated.
(* Infomercial-style upwards blowing of hair from forehead followed by shrug & voiceover: "There's GOT to be a better way!" )
Thankfully it worked, despite lingering 'text-thumb'-ish cramps. Maybe I can get disability...

Is there a way to get rid of these without manually deleting each one? My daughter just updated to iOS7 and has 713 empty genius playlists!
I don't even have the option to delete my 100+ empty Genius playlists. Only says, "New, Refresh, Save" and pressing any of those just crashes the Music app.

At first I had trouble finding the process for manual deletion also. It's definitely not intuitive as there's no Edit option when viewing the playlist; a real problem in the design of this particular process.
And I apologize for not being more clear. I should have included the steps I did manage to find after some frustrating tap hunting. Oddly the option to Delete is, get this, under Save:

I suggest submitting a support ticket to Apple regarding this, esp with 713 empty lists. Try this:

iTunes sync duplicated one of my genius playlists 8400 times. I can only delete one at a time and can't stop it from creating infinite duplicates once it syncs again. Help!
