I just get a spinning wheel were the slider switch should be... Any idea what that is all about?
By the way, I have let this spin away for eight or 10 minutes and still nothing happens. Same thing happens on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 4 both with iOS7.

Go to Settings
->General
->Restrictions
->Enter your PIN and scroll down to
->Advertising.
Set this to
->Allow Changes.
Go back to Settings
->Privacy, go down to
->Advertising and turn ON Limit Ad Tracking.
Now go back to Settings
->General
->Restrictions
etc
and set this to
->Don't Allow Changes.

The same thing has happened with my phone but doing what Quentin Thor said to do, did not work. Does anyone else have any recommendations? It also asks me for my apple id password which is weird. I successfully turned the Limit Ad Tracking feature on two other phones with no problem but my phone will not let me do it. Help, please!

Hi. Try this Re: Unable to Disable "Limit Ad Tracking". It needs your Apple ID because it's a global setting for your ID, i.e. the ads follow you across devices.
