whenever i try to uninstall or update it, the following message pops up from Windows Installer, " the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." solutions would be appreicted.
itunes problems.
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3704 follow the steps for each program giving you that error. This error means that the MSI file is missing or relocated and without it, programs will not uninstall/update. Best option is to completely remove all things apple and start fresh. It will uninstall all apple programs if you follow that article. Your library is not affected as it is in a different file structure on your HD
Do you haver to unistall Icloud and quick time too?
