After upgrading to iOS 7 I cannot access iTunes Store

I have exactly the same issue on 2 devices just updated to iOS 7: iPhone 4 and iPad 3rd gen.

My old iPad 2 running iOS 6 is not affected.

Problem mysteriously disappeared after 16 hours.

It is not that mystirious: I discovered on my second iOS device what happened:

iTunes Store uses Safari to display contents. So delete your Caches and Cookis, allow at least third party cookies (not sure about that) and restart iTunes Store and Safari via task switching.

That worked for my second iOS device and I guess (some of) these steps worked in the first place, too.

I have an ipad 4 64GB with the same problem and fwiffo's solution worked, thanks very much! Also solved similar problem with Netflix stuck on red screen while loading.

the solution listed above by fwiffo did not work for me. I cleared history, I cleared cookies & data. I allowed all cookies, I restarted iTunes Store & Safari vie task switching, & I even shut off the phone. When the phone was turned back up I still can not bring up the iTunes Store.

I had the same problem. A part of fwiffo's solution worked for me:

You have to go to Settings>Safari>BlockCookies and must change from "Always" to "From third parties and advertisers".

After that iTunes works perfectly.

Settings>Safari>Block Cookies and changed to "Never" also turned on Javascript in Settings>Safari>Advanced. One of these worked after not having Itunes Store access since Sept. 18th. Hope this helps.

Same here. I've tried all the little "fixes" but nothing is working. Not very happy with iOS7 so far.....didn't have this kind of problem with iOS6.

Go to Settings -> Safari -> and Clear Cookies and Data and also Clear History - scroll down to see those settings.

Set Block Cookies to either "from third parties and advertisers" or "Never" (you choose which one)

In Advanced (scroll down, it's the last setting) make sure JavaScript in ON

Here is the last step I had to make to fix it - which may not apply to you. Some time ago I changed my primary email for apple. I noticed it was asking me to enter the password for the secondary email.

I went into iTunes and App Store, tapped my Apple Id and then Sign Out. I then resigned in using my primary Apple email and password.

Just to make sure, I turned the phone off and on, but honestly this may be optional.

Thanks for the tips! I had to do appid's first two steps and then the itunes store finally showed up on my phone. I had called Apple to ask about this problem and they wanted me to restore the phone. i told the guy I would just wait until the next update rather than go through all of that mess again.

I was having the same issues and tried all the tips suggested here yesterday. It was only a temporary fix...today, iTunes is not working again.

I have the same issues on my iPhone5 and iPad4 both on iOS7. However my macbookpro unibody works as does my iPad1, mac mini, iMacG4, macbookpro non-unibody all have a pending update.

I have follow all the tips in this thread, and I can't still get my app store and my ITunes to work. I even did a couple of things I found on a related thread ("Reset all my settings", and I played with "Date & Time" back and forth). I wish I had not downloaded the IOS7.

I am going to continue monitoring the thread. Hopefully, someone will come up with a fix soon.
