I have just had my MacBook reset. How can I donow put back up into reverse and re install my photos etc please

I HAVE JUST HAD MY MACBOOK RESET. I WISH TO CONNECT BACK UP TO REINSTALL PHOTOS, MUSIC ETC

WHEN I CONNECT NO USEFUL SCREEN APPEARS
