Q: itunes match not working

iTunes Match is not working today on my PC either. Also greyed out on my MacBook Air, even after updating.

Might be an Apple issue?

I have over 3,000 songs matched.

Similar problem: does not work on my MacBook Pro, but works on my iPhone 4S.

Could be connected to the new version of iTunes?

Same problem here... most likely Apple's servers are at fault.

iOS 7 on iPad mini and iPhone 5, iTunes 11.1 on laptop PC. iTunes match stopped working since upgrading to 7.

I noticed that new songs purchased through iTunes Radio were not showing up on the portable devices. My iTunes playlists are not getting modified with the new music across devices. Suspect apple servers as the cloud button on PC iTunes constantly shows "Accessing iTunes Match".

I have the same problem. It's working on iPhone 5 and iPad 3 but NOT on Air.

Working fine on ipad but niether Macbook or PC can access itunes match library. Wish id kept local files now.

I had the same problem. My Match songs just did not show up. Here's what worked for me:

Quit iTunes

In the Finder top bar go to Go --> (hold down Option) --> Library

Navigate to the Preferences folder.

Find "com.apple.iTunes.plist" Throw it in the Trash

Restart iTunes.

Sign in to iTunes Store, then go to Store --> Turn On iTunes Match.

All is well.

It started working again this morning across 3 devices. Magic.
