Sep 19, 2013 6:53 PM in response to goligoby Steven Jones3,This is happening to me too, I've no idea how to solve the issues. I've tried reindexing mail on my Mac, closing Mail in iOS, restarting the phone, etc., etc., to no avail.

Sep 19, 2013 8:04 PM in response to goligoby Jeffrey Aguilera,I had the same issue with the built-in Mail app as well as Alta Mail on an iPad after the update. I had to disable SSL, as my mail host uses a self-signed certificate, and that no longer appears to work.

Sep 20, 2013 12:14 AM in response to Jeffrey Aguileraby goligo,This seems to be a different issue. As I understand your response you couldn't connect to your mail server at all after the update. I still can connect and get new mails, but if I delete a mail on my Mac, it is not automatically deleted on the iPhone (as it worked before and should work with IMAP clients).

Sep 20, 2013 4:29 AM in response to goligoby Farmind,I had the similar problem after installing iOS 7 to my iPad. Whenever I Trashed a mail, it re-appeared wihtin seconds. I tired several settings, but the problem appears to be a bug in IMAP support. Finally I deleted my mail account and re-started the same accout as POP instaed of IMAP, and everything appears to working properly again.

Sep 20, 2013 10:03 AM in response to goligoby Duckulaj,I am also unable to delete messages for an IMAP account. It doesn't matter which method I use to trash the message it always reappears.

Sep 20, 2013 11:18 AM in response to goligoby markwmsn,I find I am able to force a refresh of any mailbox by pulling down the list of messages in the mailbox until I see a refresh spinner above the search bar. This is the same method that worked on iOS6; only the graphic has changed.
-
Sep 20, 2013 11:57 AM in response to markwmsnby Steven Jones3,That doesn't work for me. Whether I refresh or not, what happens is that within seconds of sending the message to trash it reappears, though only on the iPhone and not on other machines from which I access that IMAP account.

Sep 20, 2013 5:52 PM in response to Steven Jones3by smitavius,I have this problem as well but only on IMAP accounts. Exchange works fine. It seems to be a client side problem since the mail does get deleted from the server. I hope they fix this in 7.0.1

Sep 21, 2013 3:53 AM in response to goligoby Chuberry2004,I'm from Brasil and i have a great problem with IMAP on iOS 7. I'm a Terra's provider user and after the iOS 7 update, my mails from iMAP are downloaded, but after this, the mailbox is cleared, showing the message that i don't have any email. Using POP works fine ... But i want my IMAP again !
