Hi Folks
Just upgraded to IOS 7. Under Flagged in Mail it shows 28039 messages ..... I didn't have any before! Under Usage Mail shows as 3.9 gb - what's going on?
I use an out of office email address on my iPad, it's a POP3 mailbox.
Anybody got any ideas???

I have the same problem except I am showing 40168 flagged on my iPhone 4S
I found a solution ..... but it may not suit everyone :-)
Because the email account on my iPad was only receiving forwarded messages from my main email address I just deleted it and created a new (different) email address for my iPad.
I gained 3.9 gb of storage!
As I said ... this won't be practical for everyone to do this way - but it solved my problem.
Yes, that fixed it. It also fixed that fact that my iPhone would occationally go off to never never land. Obviously it was somehow "storing" the emails even thought I was deleting them. I hope they fix this in the future as I get alot of emails and delete all of them. I just use the iPhone as a support device.
