I can't contact apple to find out answers, and there is so much junk on the community support that I don't have time to sift for hours looking for the answers I need. can someone please tell me how to get my music to match. it's been saying waiting for a week now. and I have abot 1200 songs in my library that just say uploaded, but I know they are in itunes. they are also not low bit songs. most of them are 128 bit rate, but apple still won't match them. they also only match half an album and upload the other half. if they don't get this fixed, I won't be renewing match again when it comes time in november. after a couple of years, you'd think they could get the bugs worked out. Don't get me wrong, I love apple products, but whoever designed and programed itunes should be fired.
