Sep 22, 2013 5:11 PM in response to sumant100007by chasubao,i just had the same error code 1667 and to fix it i dumped memory. (got rid of some videos and pictures) it appears that if there is not enough space you cannot upgrade to iOS7. once is freed up memory iOS7 installed.

Sep 22, 2013 6:32 PM in response to sumant100007by thecodeman,A hard reset fixed mine...Sync and backup your device, via USB cable to itunes. hold down the power (top) and home button (front) for 5+ seconds until the device shuts off. The screen should go blank, then the device will restart with the apple icon. Once it is back to your "lock" screen, try the update again.
