iOS 7 animations go slowly.
Animation after unlock is the most slow.
Is there a way how to speed up them or disable?

Negative. Hopefully Apple will change this in the near future, as I believe consensus is that the animations are too slow.
iOS 6 allows you to move content during animation, in iOS 7 you have to wait for animation finish, no any response from touches.
Totally agreed.
It seems all the animations getting slower.
And for the new multi-task control, it is really slow to clean up the background Apps :
you need to use your finder to slide such a long distance to delete an background process. This is not user-friendly.
