My phone has been stuck at the update screen for about 10 hours

; I went to update to the new IOS or whatever it is and my phone said it needed to be restored and that there was low battery so i plugged it up to the computer and now that is all it is stuck and has been stuck for about 10 hours. When I plug it into my computer it don't recognize it nor does Itunes. I need this fixed quickly
