Creating A website

I wanted to know how to create a website that my friends and family can view me on my webcam. Also I wanted to create a FREE website, can anyone help me out?

MacBook1,1, Mac OS X (10.4.6)

You might find that your isp gives you some web space, or for a limited period you can use the .mac trial.

The thing with using free hosting is that you dont always get the domain name that you would like, i.e. www.yourdomain.com, instead you might get:
www.YourDomain.YourISP'sName.com or with a free host, such as 50webs.com, www.YourName.50webs.com

Also, there isn't often such a thing as free! With webhosts it often involves banner ads, or some convoluted way of setting up the site structure etc...

I've been creating a BLOG - as my website -- I created an ARTIST page with thumb nails (artwork) that only allow for 5 thumbnails on one page -- when I put another thumbnail on this page -- it knocks off the last one or 6th one to an ARCHIVE page - how do I continue with thumbnails so when you open this page you can see the different artwork(thumbnails) with a link to their other work on the page it will link to. Does this make any sense??
