safari issues after updating ios 7

I cannot use safari on my iphone 4 and ipad mini. It crashes all the time and the interface is very slow.

I tried all the fixes and the only one that worked was starting using chrome...

Same here ............ had to get a google app just to get into the web. I've posted the issue too but still havnt gotten a solution 😟
