I updated my iPad to IOS7, and I find out the name went to my spouses name, but this was a gift and I want to change the name back to my name, however it will not let do this.

Settings/general/name. You can change it there.
Settings>General>About>Name is where you change it. What do you mean it won't let you change it?
What I mean as I won't let me change it. Is I go to Settings > General > About > Name I press my spouse's name but it won't let me change it.
I am having the same problem. I ask Siri who I am and it comes back as my father's contact info.
The name on the iPad's name is correct.
