How do you turn off air drop in os 7 on iPhone - the instructions aren't very helpful

No, but, i appreciate your help nevertheless ... i followed your instructions, and, the instructions on the apple page, but, i still don't have those extra buttons ... i have a completely useless feature that i can't modigy or remove ...
You can disable that feature in Settings => General => Restrictions => Airdrop on or off
I have an iphone 4, and, i do not have those options ... ios 7 is awful, and, resembles a cheap toy ... Anuyway, thank you again for your help, i sure with i could go back in time and revert back to the previous version ...

The reason you can't turn off AirDrop is because it's not feature on the iPhone 4. There is nothing to turn off.
