Can't change primary email Apple ID

Can't change primary email, as the email I want to use was previously a secondary email and iTunes thinks it still is.

OK, it was a while ago, but I think I just got rid of the secondary email that I wanted to be the primary email, then just waited for a while. Hope this helps 🙂

You can change/remove alternate and/or your rescue email address by logging into the account on http://appleid.apple.com : About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support
