iPad 2 does not have this app?

Weather apps can be found in the App Store. In my iPad 3 with iOS 7 you can have weather forecast for the day shown in your notification screen. You need to configure this in settings. It is not a full fledged "app".
Sorry, forgot to add, I cant find the Apple app for weather. The one that comes with iOS.
From the Home screen try swiping down from the middle of the screen to bring up the search bar. Type "weather" and the app should show up in the "top hits". If you see it there, look just to the right and it will indicate which folder the app is hiding in.
I can't find it either. Need to change weather settings on the notification screen from Fº to Cº and with no app it seems impossible.
Any help here?
Tried searching. It is not there. Guess its a bug.
iOS for iPads has never included to the built in weather app (EVER). Only the iPhone. You will need to find one in the app store (there are dozens at a variety of price points. Many are free).
