I updated my iPad to ios7, but now my wallpaper picture of my granddaughter is to large and my hello kitty game won't rotate so that I can see the whole thing

I updated my iPad to iOS 7 but now my wallpaper picture of my granddaughter is to large and it won't let me size it and my hello kitty app won't rotate so that I can see the whole thing

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
